My friend Mikiko took me to this small somewhat out of the way
Kaiseki restaurant in Kamakura. Kaiseki is a form of Japanese eating that is my
favourite meal on earth. I would take a good Japanese Kaiseki over a three star
French restaurant any day. Like with French food, presentation is extremely
important. Kaiseki consists of many very small courses that are all very light
and very tasty. Incredible attention is paid to every detail.
