After spending two nights in the Dewa Sanzen area, Hitomi and I visited
an Onsen in Niigata-ken. Getting there was a bit of a challenge as it
involved multiple trains and then a taxi to the bridge you see. You then
walk across the bridge into a quiet riverside hotspring resort.
