This is a picture of Hitomi standing under a ginko tree and next to
a statue of Basho. Basho is a very famous Japanese poet from the late
17th century, and he was the first to write haiku poems. He spent a lot
of his time in the Dewa Sanzen region which is why there is a statue in
his honour.
