There was an apple festival going on in Cluny, and it included many
different types of apples, juices, cider, and apple tarts. It was also
a bit of a general farmers market with cakes and breads, wines, squashes,
and an exhibit on how to make "boudin" which I believe is a type of
"blood sausage" (made from pork and pigs blood). Seeing it being made
did not make me too enthusiastic to give it a try.
