This is an unusual tapestry of someone who was so arogant that he though
he could cut the leg of the horse, put the horseshoe on the detached leg,
and then re-attach the leg again (or that is the story I was told). However,
after detaching the leg from the shocked horse, he found he was unable to
re-attach it.
