Takayama Beef

A picture of some of the top-grade Takayama beef. The bottom-left beef
is tongue. The rest are various cuts of fatty meat. Japanese high-end
cows are fed beer and massaged daily in order to help marble the fat
throughout the beef. The end result is a very tender meat that literally
melts in your mouth and is filled with flavour.
