In Japan, the typical place to go for a short vacation is to an "onsen"
which is Japanese for hot-spring. When you visit a hot-spring, you generally
spend the night, and you dine on great food, and in between eating and
sleeping, you soak in the natural hot springs. There are usually indoor
as well as outdoor bathing areas, and the outdoor ones are especially
pleasant. This particular onsen resort is famous because there are a set
of pools that the monkeys like to swim in (separate from the ones for
humans).
