Raising her Head

Progress can come surprisingly quickly with young babies. We often put
Karuna on her stomach to practice raising her head. Mostly she would
get upset very quickly, maybe arch her back a bit, but had trouble
really getting her head up. All of a sudden she figured out how to prop
herself up with her arms, and she now has no problem looking around
while on her stomach. More recently, Karuna decided that she wanted to
roll over. Whenever we would put her down on the ground, she would immediately
start trying to flip onto her opposite side. After a few days at trying,
she started to become better at it and now seems less interested in trying.
