We were surpised when Hitomi's mother and aunt came to see us in Kyoto.
Hitomi's aunt lives in nearby Kobe, and her mother was visiting so on her
way back to Tokyo she stopped in at Kyoto and paid us a visit (they tracked us
down by calling Hitomi's cell phone). They only
stopped by for a few minute chat and then were on their way again.
