Yaki-Niku

On our first night in Kyoto, we dined at a "yaki-niku" shop which literally
means grilled meat. I think that the Japanese learned this style of eating
from Korea, and it involves a grill in the middle of the table (sometimes
gas and sometimes real coals), and you order plates of raw meat that you
barbeque yourself right at the table.
