Karuna is still at the age where everything goes into the mouth. She
especially seems to enjoy strings and ribbons. The object she is holding
in her mouth is meant to clip onto a soother or toy to stop it from
falling onto the ground. However, the clip itself is one of Karuna's
favourite toys.
