When we leave Karuna alone, she spends about half of her time walking in
some random direction, but at least half of her time is spent picking up
sticks and rocks. Small items go straight into the mouth, while the larger
items are nibbled and tasted. Keeping things out of her mouth is the biggest
headache for her parents.
