Screech Owl

It was a little chilly, and the deck the owl was on was in the shade, so
I decided to bring the owl to the upstairs deck where I could let it
warm up in the sun. As soon as I put my hand in front of the owl, its
talons grabbed on to my fingers, and it seemed very happy to be picked up.
It was cute having the owl in my hands, although the talons were pretty
sharp and really hurt when he dug them into my fingers.
